Convert Audio Formats with Huelix Audio Converter - Tutorial

Huelix Audio Converter converts audio files, possibly with different formats, to a target export format. The following conversions are now possible:

As you can see from the list above, conversion to and fro between all supported formats is available. In addition, you can also re-compress a given format - for example, to change the bit rate of an mp3 file for a specific need. In addition, the actual number of formats available is much larger than this because formats such as WAV and WMA can make use of a number of codecs designed to fit specific application scenarios.

The conversion process can be summarized in the following steps:

Add the file (or any number of files) to be converted to the file list. You can simply drag one or more files into the file list window from the Windows Explorer. Alternatively, click the Add toolbar button or use the menu item Actions | Add Files (Alt+A+D). For more information about adding files for conversion, see Adding files for format conversion.

Select the desired audio export format - that is, the format to which the original files are to be converted. You can also play a single file, selected files, or all files while you are configuring or converting.
If desired, configure and fine tune the selected format to achieve the desired audio quality or file size, depending on your needs. Details of the currently configured format is displayed on the right hand pane of the main interface.

Check the actual files to be converted and press the Convert toolbar button. Wait for conversion to finish. The progress of each individual is shown as well as the total progress. You may also Cancel conversion, if you want to revise your settings.
